PACKAGE POLICIES:

• Each package has an expiration date.

• The introductory 2 & 4 Class Packages expire in two weeks.

• The Single Class Package expires in one month.

• Monthly Packages expire in one, two, or three months from the date of purchase.

• Package expiration dates can be extended to the day of the first class attended by emailing susan@NuYuRevolution.com.

• Packages must be activated within 1 month from the date of purchase.

• Packages may not be shared between members.

STUDIO POLICIES:

• Please text a copy of your Vaccination Record to (917) 856-5880 at your earliest convenience. This is required at least 12 hours before your first class.

• Please arrive 5 minutes before classes begin to get settled in without feeling rushed.

• Members who arrive more than 5 minutes after class start times, will not be permitted to attend a scheduled class.

• Class reservations may be made months in advance.

• The open registration and cancellation window closes 12 hours before class start times. Cancellations made after this time will be deducted from class packages.

• Members may sign up for a class under the 12-hour window by using the Pop-in (late registration) policy if the class is booked and space is available. There is a $5 charge for this service. Send Pop in requests to susan@nuyurevolution.com.

• Please cancel reservations in your account before class start times if you will not be attending a scheduled class. This is very beneficial for teachers and fellow members.

• Comparable teachers may substitute instructors without prior notice despite our best efforts to avoid it.
