What We Offer

  • Stretching, strengthening, and reconnecting the mind and body through Hatha, Anusara, and Vinyasa alignment-based yoga asanas. Strengthens the immune, musculoskeletal, nervous system, and lung capacity. Offered in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Levels. (45 to 60-Minute Classes)

  • Specific stretches that are designed to release muscular tightness and mobilize the spine followed by strengthening exercises for the upper and lower back, deep abdominal area, and side body. Supports pelvic stability and prolongs the longevity of the spine. Offered to All Levels (45-Minute Classes)

  • A whole-body fitness routine that strengthens the arms, legs, back, core, and abdominal muscles. Balance and stabilization are utilized throughout the class. Offered in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Levels (45-Minute Classes)

  • A strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that builds postural awareness by concentrating on the core/trunk muscles. Builds stability and balance while also strengthening the arms, legs, neck, and shoulders. Offered in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Levels. (30, 45 & 60-Minute Classes)

  • A mixture of stretching and strengthening exercises that build stability, postural awareness, and depth to the breath… followed by a relatable asana flow and savasana. Offered in Intermediate and Advanced Levels. (50-Minute Classes)

  • Full body toning and lifting ballet exercises performed at the barre. Promotes leg, arm, core, and postural strength. Helps release neck and shoulder tension. Offered to All Levels. (45-Minute Classes)

  • Cardio Conditioning: A music-driven dance-aerobic-strengthening class for the core, arms, shoulders, legs, glutes, and heart. For the already strong NuYu members. Offered to Intermediate and Advanced Levels (45-Minute Classes)

    Cardio Dance: A medium-paced class that begins with a warm-up and flows into a dance routine. Stimulates circulation and strengthens the arms, legs, and heart. Designed to get hearts pumping. Offered to All Levels (45-Minute Classes)

    Cardio Step: Fun throw-back Aerobic Step class where members have the flexibility to move at their own pace with or without a step. Improves heart strength, circulation, and energy levels. Offered to All Levels. (30 and 45-Minute Classes)

  • Indoor cycling classes designed to strengthen the musculature that supports the spine, heart, and lungs. Builds core strength, stamina, and postural awareness. Offered to All Levels. (30-Minute Classes)

  • Dance to uplifting music while building cardiovascular strength and all-around health. The more one comes… the better one Zumba’s! coordination is not required. Offered to Intermediate, and Advanced Levels. (45-Minute Classes)

  • Using props like free weights, balls resistance bands, and more to target specific areas of the body. Designed to strengthen, stretch, and tone the body… sculpting the silhouette. Offered in Intermediate, and Advanced Levels (45-Minute Classes)

What we do

We bring a relevant fitness option to an underserved population who want to be strong and more connected to their bodies but have not been successful in typical gyms. Our small group class environment allows us to see each attendee individually. We inspire our members to become more aware of their bodies to help preserve their musculoskeletal systems. We help people get mentally and physically fit, healthy, and strong and sustain it.


Why we do it

We believe user-friendly exercise is the key to fitness success and that the “No Pain No Gain” mentality can be dangerous. Everyone yearns to feel strong and confident in their body and we help our members make that an attainable reality. We love to watch people of all different shapes, sizes, and life stages get fit, stay fit, and live happier, healthier lives.

How we do it

We do what other gyms don’t. We give individualized success strategies and continued access to coaching assistance at no extra charge. Our extensive in-person and Zoom Live class schedule is all-encompassing and offered at every level. Whether a novice or one seeking more knowledge about proper exercise, posture, and prolonged spine health… our recipe works and is sustainable.
